We want you to be satisfied with Viselia. This page sets out the conditions under which refunds are granted. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
Overview
Viselia provides professional visa application assistance services. Because our work begins immediately upon payment — with specialist time allocated to your case — refunds are governed by the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Full refund (within 48 hours)
If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment and your specialist has not yet begun work on your case, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at the address below quoting your order reference and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refund (after 48 hours)
If cancellation is requested after 48 hours or after specialist work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The refund amount will reflect the proportion of work not yet completed at the time of cancellation. Specialist assessment, consultations already conducted, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
No refund
No refund is available once your completed application package has been delivered. Additionally, refunds are not available on the grounds of visa refusal — visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate, and are outside our control.
Per-document plan
For the Per-Document plan, each document prepared and delivered is non-refundable. If you have purchased documents that have not yet been started, a refund for those specific documents may be requested within 48 hours.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page or email us directly. Include your full name, order reference number, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
Viselia reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, for material changes, communicated to registered users by email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
Note: Visa approval decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. Viselia cannot guarantee visa outcomes, and refusals do not constitute grounds for a refund.
