Viselia provides visa application preparation services. This includes document review, form completion, cover letter preparation, and application coordination. We do not act as legal representatives and do not provide immigration advice in a legal capacity.
What we do not guarantee
We cannot guarantee visa approval. All decisions regarding visa applications rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Our service is limited to preparing and organising your application documentation to the best of our knowledge at the time of preparation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Submitting false or misleading information to an embassy is a serious legal matter — entirely your responsibility, not ours. We prepare documents based on what you tell us.
Payment and refunds
Payment is required before work begins. If we are unable to complete your application due to our error or unavailability, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available once your application documents have been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Viselia's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for visa refusals, consequential losses, travel expenses, or other indirect costs arising from an unsuccessful application.
Intellectual property
All templates, guides, checklists, and content on this platform remain the intellectual property of Viselia. You may use them for your personal application only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an account if we reasonably believe a user is providing false information, misusing the service, or acting in a manner contrary to embassy requirements or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies in Dubai, UAE.
Changes to these terms
